Birkebeiner members can apply for an Overseas Travel Grant from the Birkebeiner Nordic Ski Club that will support them to travel overseas to train or race as a member of the Snow Australia Cross Country Ski Team in 2026.
Remember it's expected in return that recipients of the grants contribute to the life of the Birkebeiner Nordic Ski Club. Examples of contributions may include helping at working bees or around the club house, coaching on the Junior Birkie Development Camp/Ski de Femme/Masters’ clinics, making a presentation at a club event, mentoring juniors, running a waxing clinic, writing submissions.
