Clubhouse

Settled in prime location above Windy Corner the Birkebeiner Club House features two levels for day use only. It is a great meeting place and refuge from inclement weather.

Completed in 1996, it was constructed by mostly volunteer labour with funds coming from member loans, long term memberships, specific fund raising activities and funds from conducting the Kangaroo Hoppet. It is the first specialist cross country ski club in Australia to have its own clubhouse.

The clubhouse is maintained by the club members on a voluntary basis, meaning everyone puts in to keep it looking nice!
